In 2023 I went from training for and accomplishing a 52 mile run only to find myself a few months later completely out of commission with a torn calf muscle. It took about a year after my injury where I was done feeling sorry for myself and was ready to get back in the game. But reality quickly hit me - I spent an entire year barely even getting in 10k steps a day so jumping back into running as if I only took a couple of days off was not happening. But I craved feeling like the athlete I once was. So accepting the fact that I’m not ready to train for another ultra (yet), I created a plan to follow that allowed me to feel like the person I was once. Which brings me to this new program…The Comeback Program. What’s included: · 4 functional workouts per week and unlike other strength programs, the split of this program changes from week to week. I love having a variety of styles of changing from traditional strength straining, metcons, easy runs and well as threshold runs. · 1 mobility day. · 1 cardio day. Walking, stair climber, hiking with the family, the goal is to get active! · 1 rest day. And by rest, I mean rest Equipment needed: · Dumbbells, kettlebell, bands, box, optional cardio equipment (treadmill, bike, stair climber, rower, etc).

    Hey there, I’m Hailey! I’m so glad you’re here & hope that this app helps you fall in love with feeling strong, both physically & mentally! A little bit about me…Fitness & athletics have been my thing throughout middle school and high school. My main sport I played was volleyball but at 16 years old, I fell in love with running. A few years after graduating high school, my passion for being active quickly faded due to life circumstances. Rather than facing the issues head on, I leaned into food and alcohol as a coping mechanism. Combine those habits with lack of activity, I gaining weight extremely fast. In 2017 I decided that I was done wasting my life away so I was on a mission to find myself again. My weight loss journey is a whole story of trial and error but because I simply just started by putting one foot in front of the other, taking small actionable steps and following through on my promises, I’m now in a better place than I have ever been. And that’s exactly why I have created my training and nutrition programs the way that I have. I want to help as many people as I can create their healthier, sustainable, HAPPY lives without feeling restricted. I want nothing more than to help you, too. I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    What equipment do I need?
    Dumbbells, kettlebell, bands, box, optional cardio equipment if you're doing cardio indoors!
